Our Journey
GRACE was founded on the belief that data-driven decisions can transform education. Our passionate team of educators and analysts collaborates to provide schools with the tools they need to improve student outcomes.
GRACE began with a small group of educators and data analysts who recognized a critical need in the education sector: the effective use of data to drive student success. We saw that many schools were overwhelmed by the data they collected and struggled to turn it into actionable insights. With this challenge in mind, we created GRACE to bridge the gap between data and decision-making in education. The Conception of GRACE
GRACE is a collaboration between two reputable companies in their respective fields: Phoenix Publishing House and Development Strategists International Consulting (DSIC).
GRACE conducted the first-ever administration of PASS and IPLAN, pioneering tools designed to evaluate student performance and support effective learning strategies.
GRACE is the first institutional member of NEQMAP from the Philippines.
In 2016, GRACE marked a significant milestone by conducting its First International Testing, expanding its reach beyond local schools to assess students on a global scale.
GRACE successfully conducted the First Test Administration of ARC and RASH, marking a significant step in advancing student assessment methodologies.
In 2017, GRACE collaborated on the UNESCO Country Study, contributing valuable research and insights into education assessment and student learning outcomes.
In celebration of five years of commitment to educational excellence, GRACE marked this milestone by hosting the UNESCO Capacity Development Workshop.
GRACE successfully introduced its Computer-Based Testing (CBT) system, a significant milestone in modernizing student assessments. This initiative enhances the accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility of testing, ensuring a seamless experience for students and educators.
GRACE conducted the first-ever administration of the ASEC (Assessment for Student Educational Competency) in 2021, marking a key milestone in evaluating student performance and learning progress.
Prof. Maria Angeles Guanzon receives the Honorary Membership Award from Philippine Educational Measurement and Evaluation Association (PEMEA).
GRACE won the bidding in DepEd Baguio and had a collaboration with PBEd for testing administration of 67 public schools schools.
GRACE embarks on the RTI Caravan, hosting a professional development training for different client schools, to equip educators with essential tools to thrive. Participants gained valuable skills in designing effective interventions using RTI—harnessing GRACE’s data-driven insights to enhance learning outcomes.
Last November 11, 2024, GRACE celebrated its 10th Year Anniversary through the launching of DATOS. A program which aims to increase mastery and advance professional practice, where Dr. Richard DLC Gonzales and Mr. Alejandro S. Ibañez shared valuable insights on important topics about assessments, and was attended by our loyal clients throughout the years.
